Welcome to your new home away from home! This 2007 Scenic View 31 Park Model is just the place to get away and enjoy the lake! As you drive into the campground you will find that this park model is set up on the very last seasonal site. The beautiful and professionally build screen porch is a welcome sight after a week at the office. The screen porch has two open decks. One is located on the roadside and the other one is located on the lake side. You can choose to sit inside or outside while enjoying the peace and quiet of Oak Lake. As you enter the park model through the sliding glass patio door, you will find the front living room which is equipped with a corner entertainment center with an electric fireplace, a sofa sleeper and a recliner. As you walk towards the back of the park model you will find in the middle a kitchen that has a breakfast bar with 2 stools, microwave, residential size refrigerator, an apartment size range & a pantry closet. Across from the kitchen is a residential bath with a sink vanity, shower (no tub) and toilet, In the back is a bedroom with a closet, chest of drawers and TV shelf. This park model has 2 window ACs, ceiling fan and furnace.
*This park model is set up on site #15 in our Oak Lake 2 Campground, Oak Lake Campground, Kerrick, MN. This park model comes with a deck, screen porch, charcoal grill, patio furniture & hammock. The yearly rent for this site is paid for until April 2025. The seasonal site rent is $3,900.00 plus electric and includes a dock slip.
